If you're moving and would like to transfer your Orbus Broadband service to your new address, please get in touch with our customer support team as soon as possible. We'll check service availability at your new location and assist with the transfer process to ensure a smooth transition.

To permanently delete your Orbus account, please send a request to our customer support team at support@orbus.uk. Include your account details and a clear statement requesting account deletion. Our team will process your request and confirm once your account has been permanently deleted.
