These Terms and Conditions outline the agreement between AnyLead Ltd t/a Orbus UK (company registration number 14180298) whose registered address is 113 Romford Road, London, United Kingdom, E15 4LY ("Orbus UK", "Us", "We", or "Our") and You, the Customer ("You", "Your").

By using Our broadband internet services, You agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions as well as Our Privacy Policy and Price Guide, available on Our website at Orbus.uk

Upon placing Your order, We will confirm or reject it. If confirmed, You will receive an Order Summary containing details of Your selected Service, forming part of the Agreement between Us.

Key Agreement Provisions

  • The Services We Provide: Detailed in the Order Summary.
  • Your Right to Change Your Mind: You may cancel within fourteen (14) days as described in Clause 5.
  • Minimum Commitment: Outside the Cooling-off Period, You commit to a Fixed Term specified in the Order Summary. Early termination may incur fees as described in Clause 10.
  • Changes to the Service and Agreement: We may update the Agreement. If any changes are materially to Your detriment, You may have the right to cancel, as detailed in Clause 13.

We recognise that some customers may require additional support due to various factors, including age, communication challenges, disabilities, learning difficulties, or mental or physical health issues. Our goal is to offer a tailored experience that meets your specific needs, ensuring a supportive, inclusive approach. We also understand that circumstances can change quickly, and we will do our best to adapt our services whenever necessary.

This list is not exhaustive, and we will consider any other factors that may require us to provide additional support.

  • "Fixed Term": The minimum contract term for the Service, beginning from Go-Live.
  • "Go-Live": The date the Service is available for Your use.
  • "Order Confirmation": Our notification confirming the details of Your selected Service.
  • "Price Guide": Document outlining Service Charges, on the Website.
  • "Privacy Policy": Our policy on handling Your personal data, on the Website.
  • "Service(s)": The broadband internet services detailed in the Order Summary.
  • "Website": Orbus.uk.
  • "You" and "Your": The Customer

2. Our Services

2.1   Orbus UK provides broadband internet services to residential customers in the United Kingdom.

2.2   The Agreement starts upon Our sending the Order Summary to You

3. Your Order

3.1   Orders can be placed directly with Us or through authorised third parties via phone or the Website.

3.2   By placing an order, You confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years old
  • You authorise Us to conduct identity and credit checks as necessary
  • You are the primary account holder or have authority to register for Our Service
  • You will use the Service solely for domestic purposes
  • You will care for any Equipment We provide

3.3   Payment must be made by monthly direct debit.

4. Acceptance of Your Order

4.1   Your order is accepted when We email the Order Summary detailing the agreed Service.

4.2   Payment is required by direct debit. If a direct debit fails, We may use any registered payment method to collect outstanding Charges.

4.3   We will notify You promptly if there are any installation delays.

5. 14-Day Cooling-off Period

5.1   You may cancel within fourteen (14) days of receiving the Order Summary without penalty.

5.2   Cancellations must be sent in writing to customercare@orbus.uk.

5.3   If Service has started within the Cooling-off Period, You will be liable for Charges based on usage up to cancellation.

6. Changes to Your Order

6.1   To request Service changes, contact Us. We will advise on any resulting Charge or term adjustments.

7. Use of Service

7.1   Equipment provided remains Our property. You are responsible for its care once delivered.

7.2   You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for illegal, abusive, or fraudulent purposes
  • Impair Our network
  • Engage in activities damaging to Our reputation or brand

7.3   Intellectual property rights in Orbus UK materials remain with Us or Our suppliers.

8. Service Provision

8.1   Installation and setup will be arranged by Us or Our representatives.

8.2   We cannot guarantee continuous Service, as maintenance may be necessary. Any faults will be resolved promptly.

9. Charges

9.1   Charges are detailed in the Price Guide and payable monthly in advance.

9.2   Late payments may incur interest, and non-payment may lead to suspension or termination.

10. Early Termination

10.1   You may terminate after the Cooling-off Period by providing thirty (30) days' notice.

10.2   Early termination fees may apply if cancelling within the Fixed Term.

11. Liability

11.1   We are not responsible for:

  • Business losses from commercial use of the Service
  • Delays in Equipment or Service delivery beyond Our control
  • Security issues arising from Your internet use

11.2   Our liability is limited to the Charges paid within a twelve (12) month period.

12. Changes

12.1   We may update the Agreement, giving You thirty (30) days' notice if changes materially affect You.

13. Moving Home

13.1   Notify Us if You move. If Service is unavailable at the new address, early termination fees may apply.

14. Complaints

14.1   Contact Our Customer Services at customercare@orbus.uk to resolve complaints promptly.

15. Registration and Provision of Information

15.1   Some features on the Website require registration. By providing Your details, You agree that:

  • Information provided is true, complete, and accurate
  • You will update any changes to Your information promptly

15.2   We may use Your information to send promotional materials unless You opt-out.

16. Intellectual Property Rights

16.1   Intellectual property rights in Website content, Service information, and Equipment belong to Us or Our licensors. You may only use these in line with the Agreement.

16.2   You are not permitted to copy, alter, or distribute any content or Software without Our express permission.

17. Access to and Use of the Website

17.1   We reserve the right to amend or discontinue the Website and any services available through it at any time.

17.2   You agree not to:

  • Upload content that is defamatory, offensive, or otherwise unlawful

20. Termination

20.1   We reserve the right to terminate Your access to the Website or Service at any time if You breach these Terms.

20.2   Termination does not affect accrued rights or obligations up to the termination date.

21. Governing Law

21.1   This Agreement is governed by English law. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of England and Wales, unless You reside in Scotland or Northern Ireland, in which case You may bring a claim in Your local courts.
